FAQ Renting reasonable furnished apartment in Sendai
Basically the furnished rooms are equipped with the followin:
Bed, Table or Desk, Chair
TV, Refregerator, Micro Wave, Toaster, etd.
Normally bed does not have sheets, blanket, is not included in the price.
It depends on the apartment.
Some of the apartments have free internet access.
Many apartments has ficed fee for water and electric.
Basically, deposit you made on check in will be refunded on check out.
When you check out the room, room cleanning fee is to be charged.
